The Soft Wash Agency is a marketing services division operated by Strategy Growth Consulting. We provide marketing, website, and lead generation services to exterior cleaning businesses throughout South Carolina and surrounding areas. By using this website or engaging our services, you may receive marketing communications and service updates via email, phone, or SMS.
2. Services
The Soft Wash Agency provides marketing services for exterior cleaning businesses, including website design and development, search engine optimization, Google Business Profile management, review generation, digital advertising management, and SMS/email outreach programs.
3. SMS Messaging — Opt-Out and Support
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (803) 403-2545. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You will receive messages related to our services, including follow-ups, scheduling, and marketing updates. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Upon full payment, clients own the website content and copy we create for them. We retain the right to display work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain ownership of any proprietary systems, templates, or frameworks used in delivering our services.
10. Results Disclaimer
We make no guarantee of specific results, including rankings, lead volume, or revenue. Marketing results vary based on market conditions, competition, client responsiveness, and other factors outside our control.
11. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback and approvals, accurate business information, access to necessary accounts and platforms, and ensuring their business complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
12. Cancellation
Cancellation policies are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, we require 30 days written notice to cancel ongoing monthly services.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Soft Wash Agency and Strategy Growth Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Beaufort County, South Carolina.
